The apartment 752 is nearly brand new, I was the first tenant to rent it last year. The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator/freezer, gas range, and dishwasher. The bathroom is spa-like with mood-lighting, and the views through the two walls of windows look out over Brooklyn (tons of privacy though since you're 7 floors up). This apartment also has plenty of storage - two full-size closets, and one utility closet.

The doormen/women are the best, and the maintenance staff are quick and attentive.

The cleaning crew work around the clock to keep the building clean and safe.

The neighborhood is the best of both worlds; quiet but two blocks away from shops and bars/restaurants/coffee shops.
