The apartment has 2 built-in wardrobes, 1x queen-sized bed frame (we didn't use the other bedframe and have used that space for a living room), washer-dryer, dishwasher, tons of kitchen storage, 3 full-sized windows that let in an a ton of light, a sky-light (private directly over washer-dryer), great water pressure, hardwood floors, exposed brick throughout the apartment, in-unit temperature control, and storage available in the basement. This apartment is on the top floor of the building, its very quiet. Roof Access, and a killer view of Manhattan. Dogs and Cats allowed as long as the landlord is informed. The apartment is a great neighborhood near lots of great restaurants and bars, conveniently located off of four trains (L,M,Z,J), it takes me about 20 minutes to get to my office in Soho. Available to show ASAP. I am on the lease but I'm moving for work reasons and have to vacate the apartment by 5/1. I wish I could stay as it honestly is my favorite apartment I've lived in NY. The lease will be up 12/15/2019 and you have the option to extend or not.
To move in all you need is Deposit + 1st Months Rent.
