DESCRIPTION
Hi! My lease ends April 1st 2021. For personal reasons I am moving out earlier, and I am looking to sublet my apartment starting mid December or January 1st. If you would like, you can also create a brand new 12months or 24months lease for the apartment, or just stay until the end of my lease. It is up to you! There is a 20dollars application fee to be filled out, and standard procedure when it comes to sending documents etc. to the building. Here are more information:
Once I have found an interested applicant, they will need to submit an online application and supporting documents to qualify for the apartment. Please know there is a $20 application fee, which will be paid with a credit card when submitting the online application. Once the application has been approved, the new resident will need to provide certified checks for the 1st month rent and the security deposit. A few options:
Assignment:
After these have been received the building can provide the Assignment Of Lease for signing, which will transfer the remainder of my lease to the new resident. Please note the apartment is delivered AS IS in an assignment with no prep work done by Two Trees prior to the new resident moving in.
New Lease:
The new resident would sign a new lease, drafted by the building, and I would sign a separate surrender agreement. The home would be fully turned prior to the new residents start date and I would need to vacate in time for the home to be turned.
Subletting:
Once I have found an interested subtenant, they will need to submit an online application and supporting documents to qualify for the apartment. Please know there is a $20 application fee, which will be paid with a credit card when submitting the online application. Once the application has been approved I will need to provide us a copy of the sublease agreement signed between myself and my subtenant.
It is important to note that with the sublet option, I am still the leaseholder and will be held responsible for the rent and building rules.
This apartment is beautiful and it is in the newest building in Williamsburg called One South First. It is located on the E line which is all beautiful water views on Manhattan. https://www.onesouthfirst.com

WILLIAMSBURG
Famous outside of NYC, Williamsburg is a rapidly growing
neighborhood known for a large population of young artists, indie
rockers, hipsters and a diverse community. Surrounded by
Greenpoint, Bushwick, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Clinton Hill, and Navy
Yard, Williamsburg is a bustling neighborhood with a lot to
offer.
Originally it's own village, Williamsburg has had a long history
as a home for Manhattanites seeking a less-expensive refuge across
the river. Because of the convenience of the village, the
population grew fast. It became the Town of Williamsburg in 1840,
and evolved again into the City of Williamsburg in 1855. However,
Williamsburg was soon incorporated into Brooklyn that same
year.
Once Brooklyn became part of New York City in 1898, more
transportation options were added, making Williamsburg very
popular, especially among immigrant populations. Post-WWII, it
became home to many Hasidic Jews as well as people from Puerto Rico
