Being that the apartment is a 2 bedroom, this would be great for a couple or a small family or friends looking to share a place.

Not looking for a place with tons of space, but still looking in Midtown Manhattan? No worries, we got you. What about this studio apartment? The bedroom is big with a large bedroom closet, and you can fit a queen bedroom there. Located in an elevator building, there is also laundry in the building and the building is pet friendly. Score!

We added another studio apartment to the list, this one located in Chelsea – Midtown Manhattan. The place is well priced, listed at $2,350 (far below the budget of $4,000 for this post), which is a reasonable price for a studio in this location. The place has an open kitchen, and is located in a charming tree-lined side street. Another plus? The place is also pet friendly making this the perfect place for you and your furry friend!
10. West 47th Street

Our last addition to this list is this 2 bedroom apartment in Hell’s Kitchen for $3,395. The place was newly renovated, it has a cute fireplace, exposed brick, a dishwasher, and oak floors. One of the best things about this place is probably that it comes with a backyard (what?!), which is not something you come across often when you are looking for apartments in Manhattan. The apartment is also located in a charming pre-war building, for those specifically interested in pre-war buildings.
