We added another studio apartment to the list, this one located in Chelsea – Midtown Manhattan. The place is well priced, listed at $2,350 (far below the budget of $4,000 for this post), which is a reasonable price for a studio in this location. The place has an open kitchen, and is located in a charming tree-lined side street. Another plus? The place is also pet friendly making this the perfect place for you and your furry friend!

Our last addition to this list is this 2 bedroom apartment in Hell’s Kitchen for $3,395. The place was newly renovated, it has a cute fireplace, exposed brick, a dishwasher, and oak floors. One of the best things about this place is probably that it comes with a backyard (what?!), which is not something you come across often when you are looking for apartments in Manhattan. The apartment is also located in a charming pre-war building, for those specifically interested in pre-war buildings.
