Residents of this neighborhood can enjoy easy access to local parks such as the Bronx Unionport Parkchester Park and the Caserta Playground. Want to shop and eat instead? Walk a few blocks and enjoy your time shopping at Macy\u2019s and Marshalls then grab a bite to eat at Hook & Reel Cajun Seafood & Bar. Be sure to check out events from the Parkchester Recreation Department if you\u2019re looking to socialize and join a tight-knit community.<\/span><\/p>\n Just north of Parkchester is <\/span>Morris Park<\/span><\/a>. The neighborhood runs alongside the Westchester Sq-E Tremont Av subway stop. Commuters just have to walk about 15 – 20 minutes to reach the heart of the neighborhood. Apartments here range from $1,600 in the lower quartile to $1,800 in the upper quartile. Unlike Parkchester, Morris Parks is filled with a lot more single-family homes and townhouses. The neighborhood is known to be a residential and family-oriented neighborhood.<\/span><\/p>\n The neighborhood of <\/span>Country Club, Bronx<\/span><\/a>, is located about a 15 minute walk from Buhre Av (the second to last stop on the 6 train line in the Bronx). Country Club is located adjacent to the Bruckner Expressway and Eastchester Bay. It\u2019s known to be a quiet and family oriented neighborhood with easy access to Pelham Park. Rents here are a bit higher. Listings range from $3,098 in the lower quartile to $14,303 in the upper quartile.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Everybody has heard of the <\/span>Upper East Side<\/span><\/a>. Shows like Sex and the City, Gossip Girl, and more have popularized this neighborhood for decades. Listings in this neighborhood will usually range from $3,200 in the lower quartile to $6,200 in the upper quartile. The Upper East Side is one of the largest neighborhoods in our list today, it stretches from 59th Street all the way to 96th Street. With expensive subneighborhoods such as Carnegie Hill and Lenox Hill within its borders.
