The Watermark offers four types of living accommodations:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Independent Living offers studios, one bedrooms, and two bedrooms with designer kitchens, bathrooms with walk-in showers, and spectacular water views. Prices for independent living begin at $8,795 per month.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assisted Living grants access to care and help with activities and daily living, with three meals included, housekeeping, and transportation included. The monthly fee for Assisted Living starts at $10,795.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Memory Care offers a sanctuary for residents in need of memory care and is recognized by the Alzheimer\u2019s Association for \u201cincorporating the <\/span>evidenced-based Dementia Care Practice Recommendations\u201d for Alzheimer\u2019s and dementia, daily living, behavior, and communication for residents. This includes circadian lighting and around-the-clock care. Prices for Memory Care start at $11,495 per month.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For seniors looking to recover from illness, surgery, or seeking a \u201cstaycation\u201d, Short-Term Living at The Watermark is ideal. Short-term residents can benefit from medication management, laundry, housekeeping, personal grooming services, and gourmet meals three times a day. Short-term residents stay in studios priced at $438 per night. For example, you can spend this credit on anything from cooking classes to a massage at the spa to a fine-dining experience. This flexibility allows residents to be in the \u201cdriver\u2019s seat\u201d and customize their living experience.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coterie at Hudson Yards<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For luxurious living in the heart of Manhattan, seniors should look no further than <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/coterieseniorliving.com\/luxury-retirement-communities\/coterie-hudson-yards-new-york-ny\/\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coterie at Hudson Yards.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Coterie offers multiple residential options at various price points:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Studios (starting at $11,100 per month) are between 399 to 426 square feet and have full-size kitchens with Miele appliances, washer\/dryer in-unit, walk-in showers, and floor-to-ceiling windows.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One-bedroom residences ($22,800 per month) offer 866 square feet of luxurious living with a walk-in closet, eat-in kitchen, and custom vanity.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two-bedroom residences ($27,000 per month) are 713 square feet and have two bathrooms, a spacious living area, an eat-in kitchen, a mudroom with laundry facilities, and two walk-in closets.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Memory care studios ($20,000 per month) have \u201cintegrated circadian lighting\u201d and a custom entryway with a glass memory box. There are also corkboards to display pictures of family and friends.
