Manhattan Listings Under $2,600 in November 2022

Many renters who dream of living in Manhattan often face the reality of rental prices, which don’t come cheap. Every once in a while, however, prospective tenants can secure a great deal on their rent and find a unit that includes amenities, proximity to the subway, and of course, a low rental price.

The median price for a one-bedroom apartment in New York City dropped 2.44% down to $3,995 this month, hinting at the start of the slower rental season. Those who wish to rent during this time of year will benefit from lower rental prices, creating an advantageous scene for bargain hunters. With over 4,000 Manhattan listings under the median price point, renters will still find several deals throughout the busy borough.
