Brooklyn Listings Under $2,400 in November 2022

The New York City rental market sizzled with activity this summer, where the median rental price for one-bedroom apartments across the city consistently surpassed $4,000. Renters who felt the constraints of an unaffordable and expensive scene also saw climbing prices across boroughs like Brooklyn. As the borough continues to grow in popularity among renters due to its varied neighborhoods and proximity to Manhattan, Brooklyn still offers lower-priced apartments of generous sizing.

This month, the average rental price for a one-bedroom New York City apartment reigns in at $4,095, which still takes a toll on most renter’s wallets. However, over 2,000 apartments in Brooklyn are under that price point, with many offering storage spaces, $0 security deposits, and stainless steel appliances. Continue reading to view some spacious units with competitive prices across the borough.
