Queens Listings Under $2,400 in September 2022

Posted on September 01, 2022 9:39 am

Featuring a wide array of cuisines, activities, and communities, Queens is a popular borough that welcomes many renters each month. With neighborhoods like Astoria and Long Island City close to Manhattan, some people move here for the lower-priced rents and the easy commute.

The effects of New York City’s busy rental market rose the median price for a one-bedroom apartment to $4,100. With median price points coming in higher in boroughs like Manhattan and Brooklyn, many renters are either deciding to stay in Queens or move to the borough. As more students look for apartments before their semester starts, a high volume of activity continues to affect rental market prices. There are, however, apartments in Queens with rental prices below $2,400. Check out some of the best units on the market!
