The rent includes access to your own bedroom and private bathroom.. Shared kitchen, front loader washer and dryer, cable, wifi and all other utilities are included. The home also is secured with an alarm system.

A little about myself; 27 year old professional in finance. Very laid back. I go out every now and then when work allows. Not into having a lot of people over and parties.  Occasional entertaining during the holiday season.  

Looking for someone with a stable career who has the same mindset. No couples, please. Cleanliness is important.

Application process to secure the place. 1 year rental contract minimum. First months rent of $775 plus $775 Security Deposit is required before moving in.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $775. The person posting the listing did not specify that any pets were allowed. It may be the case that pets are ok and the manager simply has not yet filled out all the details.
