The house was professionally baby-proofed with baby gates, foam padding on the fireplace, anchored book shelves, and locking kitchen cabinets with magnet keys. Two of the toilets have a child sized seat built in.
Dogs are certainly welcome, we just ask that they are well behaved enough not to chew on the furniture. We have a dog door, a dog bed, and a set of bowls available for your use.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $5,499. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
