It is a 1150 square ft, 2 bedroom, one bath apartment with a gorgeous kitchen, high ceilings and exposed brick throughout. The apartment is on the first floor, just 5 quick steps up and you're in. You walk into the large family room with original (not working) fireplace. Continue into the modern kitchen, space for a 5 person table and there are more cabinets than you'll know what to do with. It's an amazing space for entertaining.
Both bedrooms are located in the back of the apartment beyond the bathroom. Both are the same size, and separate from the main living area. Bedroom 1 has 2 windows and a large semi-walk in closet. And bedroom two has one window and walks out to the semi-private back yard patio. There is deck space, large brick patio and extended deck off of that. It is rarely used by other tenants, so enjoy!
The apartment is a 1/2 mile from delicious restaurants (The Monument Tavern, The Brewers Fork, The Warren Tavern etc. Coffee is close by (Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts and Zumies) WholeFoods, CVS and a few convenience stores close by. 5 Minute drive to Assembly Row. The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $2,750. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
