You have to see it to believe it. The private terrace is quite literally the size of the apartment. This won't last long (when we moved in, we only got the apartment because we were the first of ten scheduled to view it that evening and took it on the spot). 4 blocks to metro, 3 blocks to U St, 1 block to Meridian Hill Park, Grocery store on ground floor, Bikeshare station right in front of building.

The apartment itself is great. Everything is brand new and updated, 12 ft ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, lots of lighting, great kitchen for cooking with beautiful stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, hardwood floors throughout and carpet in bedroom, very large bedroom with large window looking out onto the moss garden. Great washer dryer in unit. Lots of storage closets. HUGE walk-in closet.

We love living here, are only moving because I am going back to school. To be clear, I am the current tenant and I am helping set up viewings for the apartment. The lease application and any other paperwork/fees associated with signing a new lease will be handled with the building leasing agents.
