I'm looking to add a roommate onto my 12-month lease for March 7th, 2016, at a really, really stunning price for a fantastic location (1236 + utilities). Located in beautiful Little Tokyo, and on the northern edge of the Arts District; rent here typically starts much higher.

Private bedroom, bath, and shared common areas. You will also get your own parking spot in the building!

The pictures are for reference, and are not exact to the unit, but comparable. The floorplan of our unit is also included. I've also included images of the beautiful locale and services.

I'm 26, male, gay (if it makes females more comfortable), and work M-F in the Development & Public Relations department of Doheny Eye Institute, a non-profit research institute.
I'm rather geeky, but that also means I know my technology, so I'm kind of an on-site tech support. I have a 55" OLED TV (which if you know tvs, is pretty nuts) that I'll probably be sharing in the common area for our use.
I'm very friendly and easygoing, I love art, nature, technology. Mostly quiet and laid back, but I can be excitable. I don't smoke or do drugs. I also like things to be clean.

I would like to know a bit about you, so send some background info: some interests, where you work/go to school, age, etc. This will however be a first-come first-serve type of deal, not a popularity contest. I do value cleanliness. No drugs, and smoking isn't permitted by the building.
You must have a proof-of-income and security deposit of 1 month's rent will be required.
