The building was built in 2017 and is a 25-story high amenity, luxury high-rise. Located 2 doors off Piedmont Park and 3 doors of Peachtree St. in the heart of prime Midtown, Atlanta.
All apartments are professionally cleaned in accordance with our 40-point cleaning protocol. After each cleaning, the apartment is then inspected to insure your apartment is in mint condition. All apartments are given touch up paint between guests.
Pets are welcome except for aggressive breeds. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $3,750. The building allows easy access via an elevator. The building also boasts a fitness center to help residents stay in great shape. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
