Marcos moved to New York City from Brasil  in the Seventies and loves the diversity and  the dynamic Energy, Arts, Cultures and the ethnic culinary NYC has to offers.  
With 35 years of experience in the hospitality and in the  Real Estate, Marcos Ziad has worded at various aspects of the industry representing landlords renters and buyers in addition to investing in commercial and residential Real estate.    He has a long record of successfully guiding local, National, and multinational clients with their Real Estate transaction needs. He uses his experiences and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem.
