I am rating this company so high because of our broker. Vas Lejokocevic was a God-send. He took us to very nice places within our budget. Vas did not try to push us to a higher price range like other brokers did. The places that we saw were truly the best bang for our buck. Everywhere we saw was clean, well lit, and exactly the kind of places we had envisioned ourselves in. Even when other brokers had discouraged us, saying that there would be NOTHING in our price range, Vas was reassuring and found us the perfect apartment. This guy knows every super and doorman. We never felt more connected with any other broker.
My fiancé and I sent Vas an email every five minutes (this is not an exaggeration). Vas was very patient and understanding with us... we were the most annoying and worst people to show around, but Vass did not complain once.
Would I use Vas Ljekocevic again? ABSOLUTELY. Would I recommend him to everyone I know? I already have... and will continue to do so.
The broker fee varied from apartment to apartment and Vas was definitely flexible in working with us. Unlike other brokers, Vas Ljekocevic was WORTH EVERY PENNY.
As we all may have experienced, it’s very hard to run into an honest broker. After running around for a couple weeks trying to see multiple listings with multiple brokers, I didn’t think it was going to happen and we almost took an apartment which we didn’t truly like because of the frustration. Then I found Vas, who promised me that if I gave him my undivided attention he’d cover the market for me and find exactly what I was looking for. He was quick to mention the positives and negatives of a location didn't try and take me outside of my price range, never showed me a misleading property, I couldn’t have asked for a better broker. He not only knew the neighborhoods but he knew the application processes and listing habits of the managements as well. He purposely avoided some of the buildings due to mishandled managements. Our search took only a couple of days and was well worth it. I absolutely love my apartment that no other broker pointed out even though it had been in the market for over 3 weeks. He still continues to help even after the lease has been signed and his money has been made just to make sure all went well. Thank you Vas for being incredibly professional and honest!

Vas is a one-of-a-kind broker. We haven't found another that listens so well to our needs and then takes the time to find listings that fit that set of specifications, instead of just throwing his own listings at us. He is efficient and hard working. He doesn't waste time. He is always accessible--evenings, mornings, weekends--via phone, email and text. He gives good, sound advice.
