I was looking again for an apartment and met Tuval Mor. He came into the office also it was 12/26 to talk to us and help us isolate the areas that were within our budget and based on our needs. He showed us an INCREDIBLE 2 bedroom in a rent stabilized apartment. It was all that and a bag of chips…def. more than we could/have thought of within our budget. It was a bit higher thane wanted to spend, but the amenities made it worth it. And who can find an open 2 bedroom in a rent stabilized luxury building in NYC that is affordable.
