Born and raised on the Upper West Side and a resident of Washington Heights for the past 10 years, Tracee specializes in rentals and sales on the Upper West Side and Upper Manhattan. She holds a BA degree in Africana Studies and Women's Studies from Bowdoin College, and formerly worked as a television producer and camera person on such popular shows as Project Runway and Flip This House, to name a few.

Tracee is accustomed to working with diverse groups of people and managing their expectations within strict parameters and timeframes. She loves the process of looking for homes, and helping clients achieve their unique goals.

Her personal interests include exploring NYC, attending Broadway shows and concerts, and trying new restaurants. Tracee also likes taking jewelry classes, and selling her bold,
colorful, modern tribal designs through Etsy, fairs and holiday shows.
