Samantha Tannehill, a resident of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, loves the local feel of the neighborhood, from the street art and street fairs to the boutiques and coffee shops. Upon graduating the Teachers' College of Columbia, she founded a nonprofit organization called Kids for Tomorrow, which raises funds to provide education to children in developing countries around the globe. She is also a member of the advisory board of Q-dration, a company that sells alkalized and ionized water in vending machines and donates some of the proceeds to Kids for Tomorrow. She is an avid runner, a SoulCycle-ist, and yoga and meditation enthusiast.

Samantha's grandfather owned a real estate firm in her native Texas and she got a firsthand view from an early age of how the industry operates. Working as a model in the fashion industry for more than a decade, Samantha has had the opportunity to visit many beautiful homes around the world, always admiring the architecture, decor and allure each home possesses. It is this fascination with living spaces that drives her to seek out the very best options for each and every customer she works with. Clients consistently appreciate Samantha's close personal attention and commitment to making sure the entire process is enjoyable.

Combining an impeccable sense of style and aesthetics with an easygoing, honest approach, Samantha takes great pleasure in helping her clients achieve their real estate dreams, whether seeking the perfect home, an incredible investment, or a combination of both.
