Specializing in Manhattan and Brooklyn, with particular expertise in the West Village, Gramercy and Upper West Side, Richard was born and raised in New York City so knows the neighborhoods well. He grew up on the Upper West Side, also lived in Washington Heights and on the Upper East Side, and currently resides in Brooklyn. Richard went to college in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil where he earned a Bachelor degree in Film Direction. He previously worked in film and television post-production where he was an editor for many years for companies like Versus, Lehman Brothers and BBC. Involved in finding an apartment for a relative from Brazil, Richard was hooked on real estate and felt it the next logical transition in his life. It is now also his greatest passion.
Richard loves the diverse museums, movie theaters, restaurants and other offerings that about in New York City. He is also an avid reader in spare time, and most importantly, a devoted dad.
