I would like to thank Philip Hertling of BLU Realty Group for going above and beyond the call of duty in helping me and my daughter look for an apt in NYC. My daughter transferred here from Los Angeles and needless to say the transition has been a bit over whelming. After pounding the pavement for 2 weeks I came across renthop and clicked on a few apartments that were in our price range. Philip was an absolute joy to work with, a true professional. He was puntual, attentive and he actually listened to what I was looking for and did not waste my time showing me apartments that were not a good fit for me.
