I was a former amateur wrestler in New Jersey, high school preceded by Team USA Wrestling. The work ethic required for that sport helped to shape my Real Estate Career. I am a proud Bulldog owner, so I always understand the importance of knowing about pet-friendly building.
I have over ten years of Real Estate experience, handling Co-op & Condo sales and mainly representing buyers. to assist them in finding the best deals on the market. As a student, i excelled at Mathematics, and in college, Statistics was my favorite subject. This helps me crunch numbers, which is imperative when weighing the Purchase of a home.
I specialize in Leasing/Rentals, and Bond provides me with an enormous Database that has an incredible portfolio, un-matched by any Company. My areas of expertise are above the FiDi, and below 96th Street, but of course, I also work out of that residential zone.
As a rental agent , I have stepped foot in every building on the market.
All agents are not equal. There is a significant difference between the results that a client will get, from agent to agent. This holds true, even within the same Company and using the same database. There are just so many options for me as an agent, to create a productive Show Sheet. When agents have a question about a building, a layout, or a listing, they come to me. I am confident that I provide my clients with a distinct advantage, and the more time that they can allocate to me,, the better the results will be.
