Nicolette was extremely helpful and very proficient in helping us find an apartment. I spent an afternoon with her and she was able to find us a great place in no time. She was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking and was willing to take us to as many places as we wanted to see. She was very up front about the places we were seeing, unlike many other brokers who just want to make a sale. She was extremely professional, but also very personable.

I had the extremely difficult and somewhat overwhelming task of moving to Manhattan for the first time. At first I tried to do it on my own and learned very quickly that I needed an expert. From the time I first contacted Nicolette, even while she was on vacation, I felt completely confident and comfortable with her services. She clearly knows her stuff. She really understood what I was looking for and really made me feel like the search was about me and not just sealing the deal. Not only did we find a great apartment but she even went above and beyond the call of duty by giving me an inside tour of the local neighborhood. She's an expert! I approach apartment-hunting with nothing but a mix of dread, mostly because in my decades in the city I have not had great experiences with realtors. Nicolette changed that completely - she is a gem! Incredibly responsive at all hours and helpful on every front. She also stuck to my guidelines, not trying to stretch them or 'sneak' a different place in to either listings or viewings. She listens! And, she respects your time.
