Everyone knows looking for an apartment in the city is stressful enough, and finding a good agent is difficult as well. I'm so glad my roommate and I got in contact with Nick. Not only was he promptly responsive, he knew exactly what my roommate and I were looking for after just one phone call. On our second day of the apartment search with Nick, we put in an application and were approved in just days. It was super helpful having an agent who cares and is respectful with what my roommate and I were looking for. He didn't waste any time showing apartments that he knew weren't worth it, which was really helpful because working a full-time job and then searching for apartments after work is tiring enough! Another major issue was that my roommate and I had a very tight deadline of having to move in by the end of the month because our current leases were ending, but Nick was still able to find us our dream apartment in such a short amount of time. So happy we were able to work with him.

Nick was a great honest broker - one of the few normal normal ones out there (I've had a bad experience with so many before). Everything is transparent and up front. I inquired about one of his ads and in addition he offered to show me a few other comparable places as well. I ended up choosing a great place on the upper east side. I honestly think he saved me a couple hundred dollars a month on rent due to the shear options he had available for me. Nick has a great method. I met with him 3 times - once to meet and share search criteria with an initial viewing, a second time to view several units and compare, and a third time to sign the lease. He was highly efficient; given my initial search criteria, he was able to put together a Saturday schedule of appointments where we were able to visit 6-7 great apartments in different parts of town, all in a short time span. That same evening, he sent me a detailed email, summarizing the features of every unit and recapping our discussions (pros & cons), which helped tremendously in making a decision.On a personal level, Nick is very approachable, friendly, and professional. He went the extra mile to ensure that I got the apartment I wanted at the right price. And he kept in touch with me even after I signed the lease to ensure a smooth transition into the new unit. He is a genuine and sincere professional, and I would highly recommend his services.
