Born in Bronx, raised in Harlem, and working in Manhattan real estate since 2009, Matthew Ruffin is a true local expert.

Playing football at young age made Matthew, not only a physically strong person, but also a real team player with excellent communication skills. His number one priority is to listen, understand, find, and guide his clients to their absolute best options.

Matthew rose among his peers and became the Rookie of the year in 2009 at Urban Sanctuary. In March of 2012, he decided to move forward and join Space Marketing Shop.
