Maryna found us the perfect apartment! From the day we contacted her, it took her less than a week to find over ten apartments to visit that were all within our price budget. She greatly considered our must-haves, which she had us list in order of priority, and she even introduced us to some locations and characteristics that we hadn't considered but fell in love with. Furthermore, Maryna was flexible when we had to change our plans last minute and wanted to visit all places the next day in the span of just two days. She had a great relationship with many of the landlords and dealt with them all gracefully. As a broker, Maryna was very helpful in helping me find the apartment that I wanted. Unlike all the other brokers I've worked with in the past, Maryna actually listened to what I was looking for and worked hard to send me potential places and show me great apartments. In past experiences with brokers in NYC, I've found that they typically don't listen to what you actually want and just try to push whatever apartments they have available on you at that moment in time. This was not my experience with Maryna. For example, when I found a link to a great looking apartment (that looked too good to be true), Maryna did some extra work to go look at the actual apartment, and sent me the real pictures to save me the time it would've taken to actually go look at the place... very helpful! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a place.
