Lourdes has been interested in real estate ever since her first apartment hunt in college. She loved helping her friends search for the best apartments at the best price. Lourdes unofficially entered the field showing apartments as a favor for her former landlord, which is when she decided to become a full-time agent. Originally from the Washington, DC area, Lourdes holds a Bachelor degree in Fashion Merchandising from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her sales, production, marketing and administrative skills were honed in the fashion industry at a successful women's clothing brand. A NYC resident for over 10 years, Lourdes currently resides in Ridgewood, Queens and shows everything from studios to 6-bedroom homes all over Manhattan and Brooklyn.
