Hi, My name's Kevin McGraw and I've been in the business of renting Apartments for over to 15 years.  I understand the market and what landlords look for in terms of renting their apartments. As a renter myself, I know what its like to undertake the task of finding an apartment.  Manhattan is tough during the summer because of the influx of students and professionals all looking for a place to live.

I hope to make this easier on you.  I'm from Texas so I have an outsider's perspective with an insider's knowledge. I don't like to pressure my clients.  When you find what you're looking for you will rent.   I just hope to make it easier and prepare you for what will be needed to procure an apartment.
