Jonathan was a huge help to my husband and I while we were searching for an apartment. He answered questions for us before we even decided to use him as our broker. We are transferring to NYC for work and only had a few days in NY to look. Jonathan took full advantage of our limited time and booked us for a full afternoon. By the end of the afternoon - we knew which apartment we wanted. Jonathan worked with the building and us to help us get us approved at the cost that we desired.
