A South Dakota native who first made his way to New York to work in city government, Joe is passionate about helping people feel at home and get what they want. Before joining Anchor, Joe was a project director for over a dozen successful local campaigns and chief of staff to a New York City Council-member. Joe had the opportunity to explore the many communities of New York City in his previous career and has a unique understanding of what matters to people who are looking for a place to call home. Joe currently resides in Sunnyside Gardens, Queens. In his free time Joe likes to bike around Central Park, attend the theater and cinema, explore the many restaurants in the City, and volunteers as a coach for the YMCA baseball league.

Joe Kenton was by far the best realtor in New York City. He was very responsive (responding to texts and emails at a moments notice any time of the day) and was very good at figuring out exactly what we were looking for even when we weren't 100% sure ourselves.
