Jennifer has lived in New York City for over 10 years. On arrival in New York, she spent several years working in the fashion and entertainment industries. She began her real estate career at Citi Habitats in 2004 where she became an expert in the Greenwich Village and Soho markets. While this is her area of expertise, Jennifer has closed sales in Brooklyn Heights and the Upper West Side as well.

In 2008, Jennifer spent a year working for a Christie's Great Estates affiliate, La Punta Realty in Punta de Mita, Mexico. As the on-site sales agent for a new luxury boutique hotel, Jennifer used her marketing skills to promote this property internationally. She also worked on a small team to develop a fractional sales program which helped bolster sales in a difficult economy. She has also worked on-site agent for a major New York City residential landlord. Her extensive knowledge of the rental market gives Jennifer an advantage in guiding investors to properties that will maximize their returns.
