As an Associate Broker with Spire, Jared Wiener offers more than 10 years of real estate and business experience to all of his clients. Jared's expertise as well as effective communication and negotiation skills make him an incredible asset to the Spire team. Additionally, throughout his real estate career he has handled over 3,000 rental transactions.

Prior to joining Spire, Jared generated more than $40 million in sales as Director of Brokerage Services for a Manhattan-based firm. In this role, Jared designed and created a successful training program for 50 agents and oversaw exclusive rental transactions from major management companies, whose portfolio includes 3,500 apartments throughout New York City including buildings in Kips Bay, the Upper East Side and Upper West Side. Jared also worked at another boutique brokerage where he opened and managed a new office in Chelsea, overseeing a staff of 35 trained sales associates, and directly impacted the company's overall growth through sales and office expansion. A graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor's degree in English, Jared currently resides in Westchester County. Jared is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and is certified in Construction Project Management.
