After promptly responding to an inquiry listing, he asked me for my specific requirements for an apartment: price, size, location, amenities, etc. Within a day he had lined up three viewings that incorporated each facet of what I was looking for in an apartment. He was flexible in meeting us on our schedule and walked us through Clinton Hill and Fort Greene to look at apartments. Though we didn't end up leasing the apartments that he showed, Jacob's professionalism, dedication, and genuine likability made the process of looking much simpler and less stressful. Jacob is the epitome of a great broker. He actually cares about his clients' needs and requirements when it comes to finding them their ideal space. Not only was Jacob able to show me a large amount of inventory within my price range and desired neighborhoods, he was there whenever I emailed, called or texted. And trust me, that was a lot. He was always professional and friendly and seemed even happy to answer my at times, silly questions. He got me a great deal with my building in the end, was there with me during lease signing, and kept in touch. I've recommended him to two of my friends already. Highly recommended.
