I emailed J. Phillip expressing interest in an apt., and his response was faster than i could have imagined!! we met up at the apt., and i was really impressed with what he showed me, and equally impressed with his personality, and i applied right away! i would highly recommend him!

although i ended up renewing my lease, i did have really great experience with J. Phillip, he showed me a few great units, and provided accurate and important information about the neighborhood and buildings. Very responsive! nest time i will be apartment hunting, J. Phillip would be my 1st phone call!

Phillip, and we spent quite some time looking at different apartments, and he was very knowledgeable and Extremely Patient to Guide us through the Process, and we successfully rented from him a Lovely 2 Bedroom apt. in a great neighborhood, Close to the subway.
