Grant grew up on the Lower East Side and has watched his hometown evolve into an amazing place. Living in Manhattan his whole life, he understands the unique beat and personality of the different neighborhoods, especially downtown below the 20's. Grant studied Computers at Brooklyn Technical High School and graduated from New York University, majoring in East Asian Studies and minoring in Educational Theatre. Like a true and tenacious New Yorker, he has pounded the pavement as an actor and model, taught jazz dance, and worked in many customer-oriented jobs from managing retail to restaurants.
His forte is being patient with all types of individuals, and calmly guiding people in the right direction to find what one is looking for. As with everything he does, he is diligent to succeed and focused on this goal – making his clients happy.
On the personal side, Grant considers himself great at karaoke, a real New York foodie, and an avid NYC explorer on his bike when time allows. He also loves taking dance classes.
