Fifi was great to work with. I had met with about four other brokers before I found her and they all made me want to give up my apartment search and slam my head into a wall. Fifi was the least pressuring broker and I truly appreciated that. She was also very flexible and patient with me during my long search for the perfect apartment. After showing me many places she was able to find a great apartment in a great building that met all of my needs. If you are looking for an apartment in the city, I highly recommend her. Especially if you have become fed up with other brokers. She is a breath of fresh air!!!!!

Fifi was very helpful in helping my roomate and I find an apartment we liked. We met her the same day we saw the listing online and she promptly showed us the apartment and answered any questions we had. We liked the place and were able to sign the lease only a few days later.

After living in NYC for four years and working with around 6 brokers throughout that time, Fifi by far was my best experience. She is patient, honest and efficient. She found me the exact place I wanted in my price range within the weekend even after I changed my specifications. Additionally, she was able to negotiate a lower broker fee by having the management company pay a portion so I would still be within my moving budget. The management company also wanted me to move in sooner than I anticipated but Fifi negotiated a prorated rent credit to my account. After I paid her and I moved in, she texted to make sure everything went well, which is virtually unheard of from brokers. I highly recommend working with Fifi and GZ Brokers.
