D.J. Dashti is a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in both residential and commercial sectors. He serves as the Director of Dashti Realty and is the Co-Founder & CEO of WorkVille, a boutique flex office space and event venue in Midtown Manhattan.

D.J. began his career on Wall Street as a stockbroker before transitioning into real estate, where he earned a reputation for market insight, strategic thinking, and hands-on client service. He manages a portfolio of mixed-use properties and condominiums in Astoria and Manhattan. As an owner, broker, and investor, he brings a 360° perspective to real estate transactions, from deal structuring to long-term value creation. He also serves as the resident broker and board member of The Whitney Condominium, specializing in luxury residential sales and leasing. Having owned multiple NYC units himself, D.J. guides clients through the buying process from start to finish.
