A native New Yorker, Daniel was born and raised in Queens, and educated in the Bronx and Harlem. His personal experience living in New York was enhanced by his work as a professional bike messenger and as a food delivery cyclist for some of the city's top restaurants. Daniel got to know the streets of Manhattan and most of the five boroughs intimately. Because he still takes his bike everywhere, he knows the lay of the land, cycling commute times and neighborhoods from a unique car-free perspective.
Daniel is thrilled to share his insight and perspective with his real estate clients. After all, he says, your home or apartment is only one part of living; the rest involves being out in your community and partaking in what it offers! That goes for food establishments too, says Daniel, who loves ethnic foods and is constantly on a quest for great new places to eat.
His diverse experiences as a courier, personal trainer and in other sales/service related jobs have made Daniel extremely patient, professional, and adept at handling all personalities and demands. He loves meeting people and, as such, is fascinated by languages. His goal is to master at least five languages including his own, Filipino, as his parents are from Manila.
In his free time, Daniel is also involved with playing music, writing, and the New York Bike Messenger Foundation, organizing charity events and raising money for fallen and or injured members.
