Although we cannot speak for the other brokers, Brian Payne has been extremely helpful in our apartment search. As two people from out-of-state, we were very worried about finding an apartment in Manhattan, especially about getting taken advantage by scams. Brian was very responsive and thorough. He helped us find a number of apartments to view that fit our needs, and he assisted us with navigating the entire application process.
