Agent Profile
Brett Ari Fischer is an associate broker, a Certified Negotiation Expert and Certified Buyer Representative who specializes in high-end transactions and was named as a top-producing agent prior to joining TOWN Residential. As the sales and luxury rentals trainer at his previous company and having a plethora of experience in the real estate industry, Brett is the perfect broker to help you find your new home.  Known for his unmatched work ethic and effective communication skills, he is well-versed in both rentals and sales within the luxury real estate segment.

As important as real estate is to him, Brett believes family and giving back to the community are above everything else. This is one of the reasons why he founded The AllPie Alzheimer's Challenge, a project to help raise $18 million for the Alzheimer's Association and raise greater awareness for the disease throughout the United States and the rest of the world.

One of the most hardworking and honest men you will ever meet, Brett graduated from Drexel University in Philadelphia with a B.A in Communication. He is a former sports editor of three years and editor in chief of The Triangle Newspaper. He co-hosted two television shows, "The Bruiser Flint Show" and "The Drexel Digest" televised on DUTV. He also co-hosted 91.7 WKDU's first ever sports radio show "Mazz and the Fisch Sports Radio" and was a mascot, "Mario the Magnificent Dragon," at Drexel for two years.

Brett is also active with mixed martial arts (MMA), choir, basketball, CrossFit and Tough Mudders.

"I love adventurous activities like boxing, kickboxing, Brazilian Jujitsu and reading books that improve the expansion of my mind and further cement the idea that neuroplasticity truly exists," Fischer said.

Brett won the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia Scholarship in 2008 for his groundbreaking programs and commitment to the television, radio and sports industries. Brett was the radio color commentator for the Drexel basketball team his senior year. He was also an actor when he lived in Orange County, California before moving to Philadelphia for college.

A top agent at his previous firm, Brett now brings his passion and energy to  Town Residential. He currently resides in the Financial District and often becomes great friends with his clients.
