As someone who is living in NYC with no SSN and credit history, it's crucial to find the right agent. Ariel is the one! Ariel tremendously helped me when looking for an apartment. He quickly understood what kind of apartment I was looking for, and we didn't waste time with showings. He negotiated with the landlord and got a great deal. All over all I decided to resign my old lease, but in 18 months I will go definitively back to Ariel to find the "right apartment" I highly recommend Ariel for renting in NYC.
