Anthony is very knowledgable regarding the market. He is able to quickly and efficiently answer any questions you have throughout the entire process of renting. Personally, I looked in Astoria and Long Island City and he showed me some excellent no fee options! He is an excellent listener and I felt he was truly showing me options that would work for me. Anthony was basically all pros and no cons. He was able to get us the apartment ready only one week in advance and in the meantime, he was available to answer all our questions/ concerns anytime. We truly felt that he understood our needs and exceeded our expectations.
