Personally I have a full time career in advertising and do real estate more as a public service than a business, that is why I work for a company that specializes in no & low fee properties. I much prefer that my clients walk away happy and ready to refer their friends & family to me and my company  than just to make a quick commission.

So if the apartment is not perfect for you, please don't take it.  I never do the "hard sell". I will never pressure you into a deal (frankly I don't even know how to). If you are comfortable dealing with "trained killer" sales people than please call someone else.
