AJ grew up in New York and knows the city well. He has held his New York real estate license for nearly a decade, and was previously licensed in Florida and Puerto Rico. AJ received a BS degree in Secondary Education from the University of Miami. He taught elementary school for a year then was a case worker in various social service programs, honing the interpersonal and communication skills that his customers and clients appreciate.

Currently residing in Midtown Manhattan, AJ also lived in Washington Heights and the Bronx. His experience and market knowledge is complemented by his likeable personality, calm yet confident demeanor and strong attention to detail that make him a pleasure to work with. AJ can adapt to any situation and relate to any personality. Having moved many times himself, it is his mission to make your real estate process as smooth as can be.

In down time, AJ enjoys following and playing sports, including baseball, boxing, football and basketball. He also loves to travel and explore what the world has to offer.
