About Me
Since his entry into the real estate industry more than 12 years ago, Adam has developed the expertise to facilitate every type of sale or rental transaction, including cooperatives, condominiums, townhouses and development sites. Adam brings a wealth of seasoned knowledge from all aspects of the market including residential, commercial and development. His keen understanding of construction, architecture, and real estate development aids in the process of identifying and negotiating the best possible investments for your particular needs. With over $50 million in sales over the past 4 years, Adam is currently ranked as one of the top 10 Chelsea sales brokers in 2011 with nearly $20 million in sales within the past year alone. In his career, Adam has also successfully closed 400+ rental transactions and continues to specialize on the leasing side of the business as well. He currently acts as the exclusive broker for 100 West 18th Street Condominium in Chelsea, The Highline @ 756 Washington in the West Village,and recently completed the lease-up of 40 Gold Street; the Financial District’s newest boutique rental property. Adam was also recently hired to help orchestrate the lease-up of 260 West 26th Street; a brand new 204-unit luxury rental building which just broke ground in Chelsea and is expected to open during the Fall of 2013.
Although primarily involved in the residential side of the business, Adam gained multiple years of experience working as a commercial leasing broker with Newmark Knight Frank in Downtown Manhattan. He currently serves as an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York, and holds a Masters Degree from Columbia University's Real Estate Development Program and an undergraduate degree in Information Technology from Syracuse University.
