"Jelena Koprivica is a miracle worker.

I've rented 3 NYC apartments, and looked at what feels like hundreds ( I stopped counting at 75....) and she is the first broker who's actually showed me something worth renting, with an amazing attitude to boot.... But where do I really start this story?

When I started talking to co workers about apartments in FIDI everyone had an opinion... (welcome to NYC... we have STRONG opinions about EVERYTHING)

So a friend of mine starts telling me about this broker who spent 4 months working with her and her husband to find them the perfect place since they had income/credit issues (identity theft and other fun things!)

She couldn't stop gushing so I said OK, I'll try a broker.... but I'm not counting on anything since the last time I tried one he kept changing our appointments so he could go to his psychiatrists office.. I wish I was kidding. After dealing with him I needed a shrink too. Ended up finding a place on our own.

I email Jelena Koprivica at 10 pm on a Sunday, and a half an hour later I get a response...AT 10:30??? ON A SUNDAY NIGHT???? Who is this woman???
