My roommate and I moved across the country from California and Yan was the only broker that really went out of his way to help us make the move a realty. He spent the entirety of one day with me showing me close to 10 units. Yan did all he could to make the move as smooth as possible. I just recently found my new apartment and could not be more delighted. I must say, at first, it was an arduous and daunting process. It was my first time having to search for a place. As difficult as it is to find an apartment now in New York Yan didn't give up on funding me a home in the area I wanted. He worked hard until I was in an apartment I love and in the area I grew up in. I would recommend him and trust in him that he will find anyone a place. He works and works until the client is happy.
Our relationship with Yan, may have started out rocky (we lost one apartment early on, due to the business that IS NYC apartment rentals) but he delivered on his promise and more at the end.
Not only are we happy to recommend him to our friends and you fine strangers here, but I also feel inclined to add that he has the best listings in Queens. After a 2 month + search, we had a good idea of what our qualifications list. Every unit we saw with him was within a clean building, plenty of space, desirable neighborhoods, storage, and well within our price range.
After we lost the first unit, he happily and immediately offered to show us similar units, and drove us to each viewing (KEY NOTE IN QUEENS APARTMENT SEARCHING: HE HAS A CAR). He patiently walked us through the business points of the NYC rental business, and I feel confident we ended up with an amazing deal, we would not have gotten anywhere else.

Yan was a big help to our apartment search in the Queens area. He was good at asking for specific details about what we were looking for, so that he could find and show the place that fit the bill. It took me two days of seeing places 2-3 places each with Yan to find the one we decided to sign on. We would recommend him to someone looking for their new home.

Despite a couple of hiccups on our end, the end result was exactly what we wanted & for that we are grateful. Yan found my family & I a lot of options in a short period of time and we were a difficult case. Having 3 dogs as well as a one half year old son. Most places closed their doors on us but Yan took the challenge and found us over 8 places to see in a Matter of days. He's very knowledgable about the properties & very easy going. I recommend him highly.
Yan helped me and my family find a very nice 2br two year ago. When I called him recently, Yan recognized me immediately and promised to help us find a 3br since we need more space. 처음에 조금 연락이 닿기가 쉽진않았지만 한번 연락이 닿았을때 수월하게 집찾기가 진행됐음. 하루는 아파트를 보러갔지만 이분이 오지않았음 - 그래도 어찌저찌 이분이랑 얘기해서 건물 수퍼인텐던트가 있어서 unit을 볼수있어서 다행. 그다음부터 더 커뮤니케이션이 잘되었고, 만나기도 쉬었고, 특히 계약/서류할때 친절하고 수월하게 도와주웠음. 그리고 싸고좋은 이삿짐센터도 추천해서 굿! 원하는 아파트를 얻어서 아주 좋았고, 다음에도 찾을생각임!
