Commonsense is not so common" Voltaire has become Richard's way of life. In fact, he has made his career from this simple tidbit of information.

At the age of 16 while working for nationwide technology training center cleaning up the NY offices, he propelled himself forward by accurately pointing out the only way to prop up sales was to increase marketing to High School and College Student. Within the next two years, the company doubled and Richard was promoted to Executive Assistant at the New York Corporate Office.

After he took some time off to focus on his studies, at the age of 21, he started working for a chain of Physical Therapy offices as the accounts payable. Within the two years he was named General Office Manager/ Chief Financial Officer and within a year after that the chain tripled in size.

Just recently, Richard took on the biggest challenge of his life by centering himself in the Mecca of the Real Estate Universe, New York City. Again Richard's success was the result of his mantra. Confronting this challenge not as a salesperson but simply a guy who brings two qualified parties to the table and mediates, thus far he has been a success.
