The day before I went to view apartments with him, I asked him to email me a list of sample apartments so we could discuss my preferences and the style of apartment I was looking to rent at my specified budget. I had them in my inbox within the hour and then we held a brief call. The next day, he had set up several viewings of apartments that fit my criteria, and a couple more that he thought were good options as well that I had not considered. After looking at quite a few apartments, I ended up going with a gem that he showed me. It is a spacious 1 bedroom in a great neighborhood, and far more affordable than I would have expected. Within 24 hours I had signed the lease.
